Camp Safety
At the Ayr Academy safety is our highest priority. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that everyone on and off the mountain not only feel secure, but that they are protected by the strictest of protocol.
At the base lodge we have a full service first aid office able to address any situation. Highland Patrol mans the office and slopes and is comprised of highly trained professionals. Everyone at highland, staff, public, and campers are constantly under the watchful eye of Highland Patrol.
Additionally, the Ayr Academy’s low camper to coach ensures a high degree of safety. Campers are always with coaches/counselors on the hill, at the dorms, and on the Ayr Shuttle.
